    Committee of Ministers of Council of Europe: Implement ECtHR ruling on Kavala

    Committee of Ministers of Council of Europe notes that though Kavala has been arrested as part of another investigation, the rights violations detected by the ECtHR are still in place and, therefore, the ruling of release must be implemented.
